heavily armored memory card case, with some significant design issues…

This extremely heavy duty case, is made by Jin Jiacheng Technology Company (JJC), located in China. The MC Series Digital Camera Memory Card Case is very solidly built, with an outer case constructed of hard polycarbonate resin. There is a continuous rubberlike seal along the inside edge, that supposedly makes the case water-resistant, after it is secured with a plastic clasp. There is also a provision for attaching a cord, chain, or lanyard.

Little Disappointed in Quality

SD cards don’t fit very securely. This is attempt to copy Pelican design, at lower price, but not same quality construction. All the flexibility of the insert (reason I purchased) leads to lot of wasted space. My Pelican is about same size, but holds 16 SD cards (I don’t have, or need, 16), this only 4; if you want to have 2 CF cards, then only holds 2 SD (the Pelican isn’t configured for CF–can buy that separately though); never could figure out how to get a memory stick to fit. Little disappointed, but half the price, so will put to use in some way.

This product holds extra camera cards, camera batteries (depending on model). It is a great accompaniment to my pentax waterproof digital camera.
