A Facinating Diversion

This Scanner Receiver is a very inexpensive and efficient device for scanning a broad range of radio frequencies bringing current news events and entertainment to your fingertips. Preset bands cover marine & aircraft communications along with local police and fire activity. Another band covers amateur radio. Programming of other services is optional. Anyone with the slightest interest in such matters will thoroughly appreciate this radio.

Sucks

I would not personally recommend this product. I’ve been toying with the thing for two days and still haven’t been able to pick up a decent signal, despite setting it up properly and following the instructions to the “T”. My other scanner works fine. I was pretty disappointed by the PSR200.

Just what I wanted

Price was reasonable for the item, radio functions as advertised, gift recipient was happy. A little difficult to program, but not unreasonably so.
